Founder of Lockdown BJJ, Joe Thompson a 3-time World Champion and original Renzo Gracie team member, as well as professional MMA competitor with over 15 years of teaching experience. His mission is to bring world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to the Lake Ronkonkoma and Hewlett neighborhoods of Long Island, New York.
