We offer two levels of adult Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes. We teach…

• Advanced programs – These are for blue belts and above. These programs focus on sports Brazilian jiu-jitsu with the gi. We also offer no-gi classes.
• Fundamental programs – These are basic training programs for white belts through blue belts. These programs focus on basic techniques and the fundamentals of Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
